About us
Your Trusted Houston Remodeling & Construction Team
A Houston-based remodeling, restoration and general construction company working across the metro and out to Baytown — full remodels, additions, and the small repairs most contractors will not return a call about.
Who we are
A local contractor for the whole house
Alexander Aleman Construction LLC is a remodeling, restoration and general construction company based on Boone Road in southwest Houston. That address sits between Bellaire, West University Place and the Galleria, and it is the reason we can be at most of our jobs early rather than an hour into rush-hour traffic.
We work the way a general contractor should: one team responsible for the whole job. Demolition, framing, drywall, tile, flooring, cabinets, paint and trim — all under the same roof, with one person you call when you have a question. On a remodel, the expensive failures nearly always happen at the handoff between trades, and the simplest way to prevent them is not to have one.
We are a newer company, and we would rather say so than pretend otherwise. What we can put in front of you is a written price, a realistic schedule, and workmanship you can inspect at every stage. Our own line for it is simple: quality work, reliable service.
What we will never do
- Invent reviews, ratings or testimonials. We have none yet, and the reviews page says so.
- Claim credentials, awards or certifications we have not put in front of you.
- Quote a start date to win a job and then move it.
- Give you a price over the phone for work nobody has looked at.
On licensing: Texas does not issue a statewide license for general remodeling contractors, and specialty trades like electrical and plumbing are licensed separately. Ask us about insurance and documentation directly — we will go through it with you before work starts.

Houston-Based
Run out of southwest Houston, working across the metro and Baytown.
Quality, Reliable Work
Clean workmanship and a crew that shows up when it says it will.
How we work
Four things we hold ourselves to
Do the hidden work properly
Waterproofing, subfloor prep, framing and flashing are the parts you never see again, and they decide whether a remodel lasts. We do not save an afternoon there to make a number look better.
Price it in writing
A written scope and a written price before work starts, and a conversation before anything changes. Change orders should never be a surprise on the final invoice.
Say the awkward thing early
If the subfloor is soft, if a wall is load-bearing, if the job is bigger than you hoped — you hear it as soon as we know, not once the money is spent.
Leave it clean
Protected floors, contained dust, tidy materials and a swept site at the end of the day. This work happens in houses people are still living in.
What we do
One crew for the whole house
Service area
Houston, Baytown and everywhere between
We travel across the Houston metro from our southwest Houston base. Each town has its own page — worth a look before you call, because permitting and housing stock differ a lot from one to the next.
Questions
Frequently asked questions
What areas do you serve?
We are based in southwest Houston and work across the Houston metro and out to Baytown. That includes Bellaire, West University Place, River Oaks, Memorial, the Galleria and Uptown, Sugar Land, Pearland, Katy, Cinco Ranch, The Woodlands, Fulshear, Missouri City, Pasadena and Deer Park. If your town is not on that list, call (346) 639-8656 and ask — we will give you a straight answer rather than a maybe.
Do you offer free quotes?
Yes. Quotes are free and there is no obligation. Call or text (346) 639-8656, or send the estimate form on this site, and we will arrange a time to come and look at the job.
What services do you offer?
Kitchen remodeling, bathroom remodeling, whole-home remodeling, room additions, flooring replacement, drywall and painting, carpentry and framing, patios and covered porches, exterior renovations, walk-in bathtub replacement, and home restoration and reconstruction.
Do you take on repairs as well as full remodels?
Yes. Plenty of our work is a half-day drywall repair, a rotten fascia board or a single bathroom. We would rather do a small job well and be the people you call next time than turn it down for being too small.
Do you install walk-in bathtubs?
Yes — walk-in bathtub replacement and easier-entry shower conversions are part of what we do, along with the tile, flooring and trim work needed to put the bathroom back properly afterward.
Are you licensed and insured?
Texas does not issue a statewide license for general remodeling contractors, so there is no state license number for this kind of work to quote you. Specialty trades such as electrical and plumbing are licensed separately in Texas and must be carried out by a licensed contractor in those trades. For our current insurance details, ask us directly on (346) 639-8656 — we will go through it with you before any work starts.
Do you work on residential or commercial projects?
Everything described on this site is residential work — houses, townhomes and condominiums for homeowners across Houston and Baytown. If you have a commercial project, call (346) 639-8656 and describe it, and we will tell you honestly whether it is something we can take on.
What does 'restoration' mean on your service list?
For us it means reconstruction: rebuilding a home that has been damaged, neglected or left half-finished, back to sound and livable. If your project runs through a storm, fire or major water-damage insurance claim, call and describe it first — some of that work is a straight rebuild we are well suited to, and some of it needs a specialist mitigation contractor before we start.
How do I get a quote?
Call or text (346) 639-8656, or fill in the free estimate form on the contact page. Tell us what the project is, roughly when you would like it done, and which part of the Houston area you are in, and we will take it from there.
How soon can you start?
It depends on the size of the job and what is already booked. Small repairs can often be fit in quickly; a kitchen, an addition or a patio cover needs planning, approvals and material lead times before anyone swings a hammer. Call or text and we will tell you honestly what our schedule looks like rather than promising a date to win the job.
