No reviews, no ratings, no invented quotes
Alexander Aleman Construction is a young company, and our public review count is currently zero. You will not find a five-star average or a wall of testimonials on this site, because we have not earned them yet and inventing them would tell you everything you need to know about how we would treat your house.
As real reviews come in on Facebook, Nextdoor and Google, they will be linked here so you can read them at the source rather than as a quote we selected and typed out ourselves. Until then, judge us the way you would judge any contractor with a short history: on the quote, on the questions we ask, and on whether we can explain what we are going to do and why.

Four questions worth asking any contractor
Ask how we would sequence your job
A contractor who can explain the order of work — and why the order matters — has done it before. One who cannot will improvise on your house.
Ask what could change the price
Every remodel has a list of things that might turn up once it is opened. We should be able to tell you what they are for your specific job before we start.
Ask for the scope in writing
Not a total on a business card. A written list of what is included and what is not, so there is no argument later about what you were buying.
Ask us about insurance directly
Do not take a badge on a website as proof of anything — anyone can put one there. Ask us for current documentation and check it yourself.
