We look at where the water goes now. A patio that traps water against the slab is a foundation problem waiting to happen, so drainage comes before design.

Design and approvals
Size, roof pitch and how the cover meets the house. Where a permit or an HOA architectural review is needed, we build to what gets approved.

Concrete and structure
Slab prep and pour, then posts, beams and the roof structure, flashed properly where it meets the existing roof.

Finish and features
Ceiling, fans, lighting, outdoor kitchen framing and finishes — then a clean site and a space you can use that weekend.
