The pages here describe the services we offer and the areas we work in. They are provided for general information. Building codes, permitting requirements, homeowners' association rules and material availability change, and nothing on this site should be treated as professional advice for your specific property. Always confirm the requirements that apply to your own address before making decisions.
3. Quotes and estimates
Any figure discussed on the phone, by text or by email is an indication only. A quote becomes binding on us only when it is given in writing for an agreed scope of work, and it may be revised if conditions that could not reasonably be seen at the time of the quote are discovered once work begins — for example damage behind a wall or under a floor. Where that happens, we will tell you and agree on the change with you before continuing.
4. Using the site
Please do not use this site to send unlawful, abusive or deliberately false information, to attempt to interfere with the site or its hosting, or to collect data from it by automated means. We may restrict access to anyone who does.
5. Content and trademarks
The text, layout, logo and other material on this site belong to Alexander Aleman Construction LLC unless stated otherwise.
