What that means in practice is a huge number of houses hitting the same milestone at the same time: original kitchen, original master bath, carpet on the stairs, and a family that has outgrown the layout.
In Katy that mostly means kitchens, bathrooms and flooring, plus covered patios and outdoor kitchens on the deeper lots.
